“Magnolia Creek literally saved my life. I was so sick before treatment; I was
heading toward death, and I felt hopeless. Magnolia Creek made me believe in
myself, and it made me realize that I really can do hard things."

Magnolia Creek’s Treatment Programs
At Magnolia Creek, we offer two distinct levels of care, including two residential programs, based on each client’s unique diagnosis and needs.
Our two levels of care are designed for a step-down approach, meaning that clients start with more supervision and support in our residential programs and then it tapers off in our PHP as their conditions improve. This approach serves to prepare women for the stresses and demands of life outside of treatment.
In our residential program, adult women, ages 18 and older, receive an intensive level of supervision and support. By living on-site, clients have access to continuous care and constant support. As they improve and strengthen their commitment to recovery by meeting their treatment goals, they gain more autonomy. During their time in residential treatment, clients attend various types of therapies and programs. Our staff designs individualized treatment plans for each client.
Our adolescent and teen residential treatment is available for girls and teens ages 12 to 17 and is like our adult residential treatment. However, there are also additional teen-specific components such as a separate cottage for living and treatment, a robust family therapy program, licensed teachers who interact with local school systems, specialized staff, and menu modifications. Magnolia Creek also offers outdoor features, including walking paths and a private lake, that allow each client to interact with the healing elements of nature, as well as cooking and baking groups, and approachable gourmet menus which focus on fresh ingredients.
Our partial hospitalization program is like our residential program but offers the additional freedom of living off-site. For this reason, we often call our PHP “day treatment”. Throughout PHP treatment, clients participate in programming and therapies on weekdays but spend nights and weekends on their own practicing and implementing the skills they learned in treatment.
Magnolia Creek’s evidence-based intervention programs are backed by licensed nutritionists, nurses, and a private on-site staff. Additionally, we offer holistic therapies, including yoga and equine. Don’t let your eating disorder continue to control your life or the life of your loved one. Contact the Magnolia Creek admissions team today at 205.678.4373 to learn more.
