Our 3-Step Admissions Process
1. Make a referral
To begin the process, contact your professional outreach representative, call our admissions team directly, or complete our online form. We’ll gather important information during the initial call and address any questions before moving into pre-admission assessments.
2. Pre-admission
During the pre-admission process, our team collaborates with you and gathers details to determine clinical alignment and the appropriate level of care for your client. We’ll also review financial options and provide a benefit assessment.
3. Admission
We understand your client’s well-being is your top priority. We’re committed to partnering with you and will provide regular status updates throughout their stay. You’ll also be notified when your client safely arrives at our facility and begins the intake process.
