At Magnolia Creek, we’re dedicated to delivering evidence-based, high-quality care for females (ages 12+) who are navigating eating disorders. We also specialize in dual diagnosis treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, individualized treatment that supports each client’s psychological, medical, nutritional, spiritual, and relational well-being.

I submitted my application online. Now what?
One of our professional recruiters will review your application and materials. While the process may vary by location and position, the general steps to joining the Magnolia Creek team include:
- The recruiting team will review your application with the hiring team and contact you by phone or text to arrange an initial “getting to know you” call.
- Applicants selected for the next stage will be invited to participate in our interview process, which may include phone, virtual, and/or on-site interviews.
- Selected candidates will receive a verbal offer, a formal letter, and new hire information.
